About Nick Elkington

Nick Elkington qualified from St Thomas's Hospital, London in 1992. Initially he trained in London and completed his specialist training in the South West of England.

He became a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 1997 and a fellow of Royal College of Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2004. After completing his training in the UK in 2003 he was appointed as as a fellow in minimally invasive gynaecological surgery at the Sydney Women's Endosurgery Centre (http://www.swec.com.au).

He regularly participates in training courses for gynaecologists. He has travelled throughout Australia and internationally lecturing and demonstrating minimal access surgery.
